The formula injected into his body is triggered via the use of nanomachines and in turn causes his adrenal gland to go into hyperdrive, causing Potemkin to hyperventilate until his body undergoes a physical growth and transformation not unlike the Hulk, but without the aid of Gamma technology. Superhuman Strength: As his purpose was to combat the likes of the Hulk, Potemkin's transformation grants him a level of superhuman strength. While the exact nature of his capabilities is unknown, he has demonstrated enough strength to rip apart steel doors and hoist tanks off of the ground. Conservative estimations put him in the 80 ton range. Like the Hulk, his strength can be increased through adrenaline production, but it's highly regulated by his nanomachines and his level of strength is incapable of increasing without various blocks being disabled by his control mechanism. In all likelihood, he should be able to lift over 100 tons. How much more than that is unknown. Invulnerability: As with his strength, Potemkin's durability has greatly increased. He's proven to be invulnerable to conventional weaponry and attacks, and it's expected that he is durable enough to withstand blows from the likes of the Hulk. Superhuman Stamina: Potemkin is able to function at average performance for several hours without the need of rest. Strength level Once transformed, Potemkin possesses superhuman strength capable of lifting 80 tons, and through the further stimulation of his adrenal gland, it's assumed he can lift over 100 tons. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Hand To Hand Combat: Trained by S.H.I.E.L.D., Potemkin is proficient in Modern Army Combatives, though he's far from a master in the fighting style. Weapons Training: Thanks to his S.H.I.E.L.D. training, Potemkin is knowledgeable in how to handle modern infantry weapons such as handguns and assault rifles. WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT: None WEAKNESSES: Potemkin does not possess the healing factor the Hulk has, and can be permanently injured with sufficient force. He's as vulnerable as a regular human in his base state. HISTORY Boris Potemkin was an immigrant from Russia who came to America with his parents as a child. For the most part, he had the normal upbringing of an American and lead a typical, productive life. Eventually, he would end up joining the ranks of S.H.I.E.L.D. and was picked to be part of the United Nations Bannermen, task force that set out to combine the best traits of Captain America and the Hulk. Unfortunately, after a successful experiment, Potemkin began to fall in love with his newfound power and lashed out at his superior officers, killing one before he was put down by the arrival of She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel. He was arrested and incarcerated within the Raft, but was eventually rescued by Nathan Pliskin, who pulled some strings within the facility to ensure his release was undocumented. In turn, Potemkin joined Weapon Plus, specifically as Nathan's muscle. His first Weapon Plus mission: assist the Purifiers in their mission to capture the "Mutant Messiah."
