Kai is the illegitimate son of Ronan the Everlasting and a tengu serving girl he came across during one of his trips to Japan in the WHAM universe.
Keanu Reeves is the PB...and he will show up in a very odd place soon. I need to work on his bio a lot.
The upshot:
He can shapeshift into a raven, and he can sprout raven-like wings in human form.
He is a magic practitioner, and he is very well-versed in potion making.
He was one of the lieutenant's of the WHAM universe's Ryu Harada and was very close to his half-sister Kari. He is the "godfather" of Ichigo and Kei Harada and was a doting uncle to them and to Kari and Ryu's adopted son Yuki.
Kai got along well with his brothers Ewan and Branan in that world, but he had an uneasy truce with Camelia (that world's Hayley) and her husband Vlad Tepes at times.
Kai does have a great love that was lost to him in Ronan's battle to wipe out the lesser races. More will be revealed about her during game play.
