Personality: Thinks he is hot stuff and sort of lets the world know it. He can be vain and haughty. He is also a showman and uses a lot of flash and dazzle in his "work"
Occupation: Current head of the Mystic Council
Melkir is the one currently pulling the strings in the Council Chambers thread. I need to flesh him out as I go along.
