I need to app this gent, but he is loosely base on Marcel of The Originals. He is a 202 year-old vampire who was born a slave before the Civil War and was given his freedom by the vampire hybrid known as Niklaus.
He has enhanced hearing and speed, but he needs to wear an enchanted ring to go out in daylight.
In this incarnation, Marcel owns a club in New Orleans called Le Jardin (The Garden--and anyone who has seen The Originals knows that Marcel has a place of the same name where he buries his adversaries in a form of living death).
Marcel is a vampire general under Klaus and is technically the second in command of the vampires in the city. He is the one who helped broker a tenuous peace with the Crescent City wolf clan lead by Elodie Desmarais.
