Powers: Mystic--he tends to be a theoretician now because he "dissects" magic in a forensic/CSI style manner. He can cast a mean spell like nobody's business. He also has a familiar--a tiny kitten named Mr. Fluffles. Yes. Mr. Fluffles.
He is also a Shadowhunter and acts as a liaison to the Mystic Council for the Shadowhunters. He has a bit of a thing for Elizabeth Herondale.
Broadchurch also had a fling with Roslea MacFeorais back in the day.
He knows the various mystic families on the board very, very well, and while it seems at times that he can't stand many of them, he is actually fighting for them most of the time.
He has also spent time in Asgard, so he knows Thor and Loki. He got into a drinking contest once with Volstagg of the Warriors Three, and that did not end well.
Broadchurch takes his job seriously, and at times his sense of humor hides a broken heart.
