Mass Manipulation: The ability to subtly use deep influence upon multiple people, allowing a Scivern to manipulate their perceptions, better judgment, wills and common sense. Mental Amnesia: The ability to erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia. Mental Detection: The ability to sense the presence of another superhuman by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being. Mental Paralysis: The ability to induce temporary mental or physical paralysis. Mental Sedating: The ability to telepathically "sedate" one's victims so that, if already rendered unconscious, they remain so for as long as a telepath continues to "sedate" them. Astral Projection: The ability to Astral Travel and communicate with others astrally through his own will, or through contact with the thoughts and memories of others. In the astral realm, he can use his powers to create "ectoplasmic" objects. He can astral project himself to several locations at once, and even solidify and change the appearance of various astrals projections to interact with objects and pose as other people. Each duplicate has full access to his powers, though the more duplicates he has out, the weaker each duplicate is. Telekinesis: Scivern is able to use psionic energy to levitate various objects, moving and manipulating them in various was as he sees fit. Energy Blasts: The ability to project telekinetic energies as powerful energy that could apparently affect matter with concussive or piercing force. Teleportation: Scivern can telekinetically displace his molecules and shunt them across vast distances and reform, allowing him to teleport across the world. Enhance Physical Traits: The ability to use telekinesis to enhance speed, strength and fighting skills to super-human levels. Flight: By levitating themselves, Scivern can fly for very long distances and at varying speeds. Force Fields: The ability to create protective force shields that could detect even the most powerful of attacks.. There does not appear to be any correlation between field strength and the thickness of the telekinetic fields. Intangibility: The ability to phase through solid matter by mentally shifting the molecules of the body around another object's as the user moves forward. Matter Alteration: The ability to alter molecular and atomic structures in such substances, changing their shape and appearance. Telekinetic Holograms: If the user's fine motor skills are incredibly acute, then it is possible to mentally manipulate dust particles and water vapor to refract lightwaves and create holograms. Immortality: Scivern is extremely long lived. He's been alive since the dawn of human civilization, and is practically immortal. His natural healing ability is sped up, as well. This doesn't mean someone can't kill him, as gunshots, stab wounds, and explosions would take him out as well, he just won't age. Also, should he die, his spirit is shunted back to the Astral Plane, where a new body would be created from psionic energy. Time Travel: Through the use of the Astral Plane, Scivern can send himself and others through the timestream. Since the future isn't set in stone and is constantly changing, time travel to what is believed to be the same era could result in ending up in a time period that wasn't intended. Scivern is fully aware of the diverging timelines and their shifts into alternate universes and can travel to and from them with ease, as long as the branches are all connected to and diverged from the 616 universe. Strength level Through telekinesis, Scivern can grant himself superhuman strength. His upper limit of strength is unknown. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Polyglot: Scivern is capable of speaking just about every language on Earth. Any dialect he's unable to comprehend can simply be downloaded out of the mind of another. Genius Intellect: Scivern is a genius of the highest order, well versed in variety of scientific fields. Expert Combatant: Scivern is a capable fighter, versed in a variety of weapons and styles around the globe, though he leans heavily on his powers for combat. Master Manipulator: Scivern has a significant talent in using people and coaxing them to follow his command, with and without the aid of his telepathy. WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT: Energy Saber: A beam of light and energy that emanates from a mechanical steel hilt. The blade is capable of easily cutting through all but the hardest and densest materials. Scivern claims to have taken it from someone called Father Askani in the future. Armor: Scivern is in possession of a suit of armor, forged from Apocalypse's technology in the future. The suit aids in everyday functions such as breathing and even walking. The suit itself is composed of smart technology, capable of repairing damage to itself and Scivern over extended periods of time. This does not give him a healing factor, however. A single gunshot wound would take at least a few days before it's no longer threatening, so extensive damage would surely kill him. WEAKNESSES: Scivern, although immortal, can be killed just like anyone else with sufficient force, if you manage to kill him instead of an astral copy. Killing him in the astral plane after his physical body dies will keep him from returning after his psionic essence recovers. He also suffers from chronic overconfidence, which can be easily used to bring about his downfall if one was wise enough. The majority of the time, Scivern is in several places at once due to his astral constructs, which is very limiting on his power depending on the number he has, so fighting a conctruct or the real Scivern would be easy depending on how many are out, and if one were to find the real Bison while he has many constructs out and were to surprise, they would find him a lot easier to take down than normal. HISTORY Scivern's background is completely unknown to all, sans himself. He claims to have been around since pre-history, claiming to witness the birth of Vampires, the rise of En Sabah Nur, the creation of Nova Roma, amongst other events. He even claims to be the progenitor of the Illuminati and the Hellfire Club itself and has been a member of the latter group for centuries under various aliases. Scivern has been noted as saying that he has visited the future, and his arms and armor point to that as they appear to be more advanced forms of Apocalypse's own technology.
