Angus' PB is Peter Capaldi. Yes, I use Capaldi for The Cardinal. Everyone has a "twin" roaming the world, and Angus once went undercover as The Cardinal a long time ago for the Mystic Council.
I need to figure out his bio, but he is a mystic, he had a "sonic screwdriver" and some very nifty "sonic glasses" at his disposal.
He is one of the people who helps train the new generation of Mystic Council police folks.
He is Scottish.
If you get him Blackwell, Broadchurch and Bloodworth in a room, things go a bit mad.
Buchanan knows Eaven MacFeorais very, very well, as do his counterparts listed above. More on that later.
