Tristan Wolfe's PB is Matt Nable who plays Ra's al Ghul on Arrow.
Tristan was a "friend" of Ronan the Everlasting and runs a series of gladiator events in various dimensions. That includes underground games in the 616 universe. He has, in the past, served as a trainer for Ronan's military forces and assassins. He is a mystic and deals in mystic weapons.
He can be compared in many ways to Mojo, in that he has used kidnapping as a way to gain talent in the past. He now usually pays his combatants, but at times he still resorts to his old ways.
Tristan is currently running a base in the Balkans of the WHAM universe.
I need to flesh him out more, and will do so ASAP.
