HISTORY The full extent of Sarah's history is unknown. She does own two multinational companies, first and foremost Emmerson Incorporated, a billion dollar company she inherited from her father, about ten or so years ago. Oddly enough, the exact date coincides with the start of what the public knows as "The Age of Heroes", a period of time where superheroes were just beginning to emerge in the public spotlight once again, like the Fantastic Four. Some say Emmerson Inc had a hand in those events, and Sarah would simply smirk at that assertion. Emmerson Inc has its hands in a variety of fields, though its biggest money maker is defense contracting. The primary subsidiary of Emmerson Inc is SJE Corp., named after Sarah herself. The company does most of its work as a private military security firm, commonly contracted out by the United States and Canada. Several dozen of its operatives are stationed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and even in Mexico. SJE is Sarah's lovechild, as are most of the PMC branches of her company, as she personally oversees all of them. It's estimated that Sarah commands over several thousand individual operatives and several hundred non-combat personnel. Emmerson Inc has partnered several times with Shaw Industries in the past, cooperating with each other on Project Wideawake in the development of the Sentinel Program. In doing so, she was inducted into the Hellfire Club by Sebastian Shaw himself, though she has mostly maintained a loose affiliation with the group. Over the years as she grew her business, her reach grew, and her fingers became tangled into the web of the Military Industrial-Complex. From SH.I.E.L.D. to Black Air to O.N.E. to even Weapon Plus. Exactly what she has or hasn't touched is unknown. But, she does often state that she "has people everywhere." Her business has gotten her into contact with a variety of people, most notably Nathan Pliskin, Snake, and a woman aptly known as "The Boss". This The Boss and Snake, whom Sarah commonly refers to as "Big Boss" are two persons of great interest to her, The Boss especially. After several meetings with Nathan Pliskin, Sarah used some of her own private funds to establish yet another company, Starlite. At its heart, Starlite appears to be a civilian based company, with branches that dabble in banking and construction. However, its biggest draw is the pharmaceutical company Bluehouse. Bluehouse, thanks to Nathan Pliskin leaking Weapon Plus data, is currently working on replicating Wolverine's healing factor for mass production. The reasons why are unknown.
