"Then perhaps I can help where Finn is concerned," Saledur said to Erin and Kendra as he looked behind him to where he had tied his horse to a hitching post. "I can get you to the Arda, and you can hide from that demon until things calm down here. Morgan Le Fay is marshaling forces in the underworld, and if she is after Finn, then we need to hide him where she would not look."
Saledur was not thrilled with the idea of crossing into the Arda through back channels at the moment, but they had little choice. He was going to need to explain what was going on in his world as much as finding out what was going on here. "The main entrances to the Arda have been compromised after a demon attack there a few months back, but I do know other ways in. Now, you said Finn has been through a bad time? What happened to the poor lad?" he asked Erin as he looked back to where the demon had vanished.

"Well we think some dark magic which may have been caused by Morgan. It's had some sort of well interesting side effects. Finn has a set of horns growing out of the top of his head." Erin responded as she kept an eye on the distance to make sure Wraithborn or anyone else hostile made their way towards them.
"From what we can gather from our encounter with that demon was Morgan wants Finn and from what that demonic whore said I imagine as some sort of conduit or sacrifice.....Either way if Morgan wants him the results cannot be good." She finished as she looked over at Kendra. "How you doing cousin?"

Saeldur's eyes grew wide as he listened to Erin and looked over at Kendra. Kendra was never one, as far as the elf remembered, to be so very quiet about anything. "Kendra?"
"There is this guy, I think Ma knows him. Constantine, or as Uncle Mac likes to say, 'Oh, not the bloody Roman emperor, that other wanker,' or something like that. He dabbles in all sorts of stuff Ma warns us to stay away from. If anybody could help us, I bet he could. Then we wouldn't have to drag you into this mess, Saeldur."
"I am offering because your family means the world to me," Saledur said with a very short bow. "But this man Constantine has a reputation in the mystic realms as one very good at his craft. Would a fire note be of help?"

"Way ahead of ya, Saeldur," Kendra said as she pulled a small piece of paper from her jacket pocket and scribbled the words "John Constantine, we need your help, The Clan MacFeorais" on it in bright purple ink. Her cousins Annaliese and Brigid had given the pen to her for her birthday, and she always had it with her as a good luck charm. "Now to light this baby up," she said as the whispered an incantation and set the paper ablaze. The flames grew higher and higher until the paper was burned to ash. "Now, I guess we wait."

Just as the last embers of the paper died out, a gout of flame six feet tall erupted from the ground where the ashes lay. As the flames faded, there stood a blonde man in a shirt and tie, a cigarette only just lit, holding a slightly singed note. "Well that didn't go to plan. It was only s'posed to show me where the note came from not friggin take me there!"
Dusting himself off he straightened his tie and looked towards Kendra, took a drag of his cigarette and said "So, what's the big emergency love?"

Kendra looked at the man who appeared before her, Erin and Saledur and thought that she'd likely made the biggest mistake of her life. No one had ever really said much about John Constantine, and when her Ma had said anything, it was that this guy was the last resort of last resorts. Finn's situation called for that sort of help, but it still made Kendra really uneasy.
"My brother..." she started slowly, gulping air as if she were dying just looking at this guy. "His name is Finn MacFeorais Priest, and Morgan Le Fay decided he was going to be the battery for mystically de-aging her skanky daughter with Victor Von Doom. Now Finn is turning into a demon, and we can't reverse it."
It was then that Kendra remembered the golden rule of the magic world: all magic has a price, and she figured John Constantine's help did not come cheap. "He's here, but I'm not sure we can afford what you might charge..."
At that moment the door blew open and the slightly-daft Aerfen ran out of the doorway. "Whatever the price, I can pay it!" she said as she moved around Constantine.

"I have a basement full of things you might take in exchange for your services," Aerfen said as she smiled at Constantine. "The Clan DalCais is not one to shirk our duties or our debts."
Aerfen seemed to dance around the new arrival, watching him intently as the others inside started to crowd around the doorway to see what was happening. "Please, come inside, and we can discuss things while you get a look at Finn."
As she glanced back at Erin and Kendra, Aerfen got an odd look on her face as she saw the elf Saeldur. "I thought the Arda was off-limits," she muttered as she turned back to Constantine. "That is another problem. Finn first."

"Will you all please stop poking at me! I am not a bloody voodoo doll!" Finn shouted as he made his way to the doorway to see what was going on outside, evading the hands of both his cousins Eamonn and Rhiannon. "And who the hell are you?" he asked the blond man who was walking in with Kendra, Erin, Aerfen and Saledur. "And now the Arda is represented in this mess? What next? Someone from the Mystic Council, sent by Melkir or one of his cronies? I wish you would all just leave me alone!"
Fire shot out from Finn's outstretched hand, and the tendril of flame set one of Aerfen's curtains ablaze. He stood with his mouth open as Rhys doused the fire with water from a pitcher that was on the table. "I'm sorry. I don't know how that happened."
Finn looked around at everyone and started to shake. "Kendra, what's happening to me?"

"Whats happening to you Finn is the result of Morgan's evil." A voice echoed throughout the room as everyone started to look around. Suddenly a bright light appeared in the corner of the room and the figure of a woman started to walk through. She looked different but her face was familiar to all. "Lara?" Erin spoke with surprise as she looked her over up and down. Her blonde hair was almost white. Her wings could not be seen physically but the shadows in the light made them visible.
"Yes it's me Erin forgive the dramatic arrival but time is something we don't have much of these days."She said looking over at Finn. "Finn I've been tracking Morgan for some time now and what information I've been able to gather is this. You were meant to be a sacrifice. The darkness in you was not meant to last as long as it has. And I must say it's been an irritation to Morgan that you still exist in this form as it means her plans have not succeeded. However what you are experiencing is a side effect of that dark magic. All we can do is help you control it till we find a way to reverse this. Erin might be of some help as far as controlling the darkness." She said looking at Erin.
"Oh yes I saw you fight off that Wraithborn.......You are so much like your mother you have no idea how much."
