With her own abilities, she has casually deflected energy blasts and has even killed a mutant target by effortlessly slicing through their telekinetic field with her hands and slicing his throat. She has demonstrated a limited ability to nullify invulnerability in certain targets, though such acts are ineffective unless she targets nerve clusters. Peak Human Conditioning: Dominique is an Olympic-level athlete and gymnast. perfection.
Enhanced Mental Processing: Dominique possesses the seemingly metahuman ability to process information at a much faster rate than most humans to allow her to multitask at an almost inhuman degree. This allows her to pull off seemingly metahuman feats of speed that would make even Spider-Man jealous without any sort of mental strain, up to and including dodging gunfire. Strength level: Dominique possesses peak human strength of a woman of her age, height and build that engages in intensive regular exercise. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Multi-lingual: Dominique is technically multi-lingual. She is capable of understanding languages such as English, Japanese, and Russian, but she is unable to speak any of them except English with any sort of proficiency. Her speech patterns are basic and comparable to a toddler at best. Her speech is stunted because she has been conditioned to not talk at all, allowing her brain to divert more processing power toward combat. Photographic Reflexes: Much like Taskmaster, Kate Bishop, and Finesse, Dominique possesses photographic reflexes, allowing her to replicate abilities used by others that she has witnessed, be it playing a song on an instrument or fighting techniques that one has used. Body Reading: Dominique is capable of reading the body language of a person, allowing her to predict what they're going to do before they do it. This skill also affords her to recognize people by their movements, even shapeshifters and people in disguise, and allows her to serve as a human lie detector. Martial Arts Master: Dominique has been trained since the age of four in the fighting arts, and is as good as one would expect. She has knowledge in a variety of assassination and combat techniques, making her a deadly fighter. She has knowledge of Kung Fu, Ninjitsu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and a multitude of other styles. Master Acrobat: Dominique is a highly skilled gymnast and acrobat. Weapons Master: Dominique is well versed in a variety of weapons, from swords, staves, knives, and even firearms. Master of Espionage: Trained in Ninjitsu, Dominique is very capable of infiltrating facilities without drawing attention to herself and completely avoiding detection. Expert Marksman: She is an exceptional marksman, capable of throwing objects with amazing accuracy. WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT: Though Dominique is trained in a variety of weapons, she possesses no standard arsenal and opts to fight unarmed. WEAKNESSES: Dominique can be damaged just like any person. Extreme amounts of damage, like explosions, can put her down and possibly kill her. HISTORY Dominique's creation was derived from a union between the Japanese Shinto Black Cult and the Weapon Plus spinoff in The Facility. In conjunction with their attempts at cloning Wolverine, they also sought alternative means for soldiers, and attempted to double deal with the Weapon Plus allied Shinto Black Cult behind the back of their parent organization. In reality, a man by the codename of Liquid Snake, a high ranking Weapon Plus operative and close ally to the Shinto Black Cult, secretly coordinated the deal to keep the Facility in Weapon Plus pockets, and even lead the development of what would eventually be known as Dominique II. She was taken from her mother as soon as she started to walk and her training began since then. The first priority was to desensitize her to pain through a variety of means, up to and including torture. She received her first gunshot wound to the head at age three and was kept awake during the surgery to remove the bullet. To allow her to reach maximum combat readiness at a young age, Dominique was never taught to speak, only to fight. It's only due to her photographic reflexes and body reading that she knows how to verbally communicate at all, and even then, her dialog is broken to the point where she keeps quiet at all times. She her first assassination at age nine, killing a high ranking Yakuza member with her bare hands, though she barely survived that assault. Thanks to lack of response to pain, she has been sent out on contracts dozens, if not hundreds of times, her body bearing the scars of such missions as a result. She received her designation as Dominique II at age 13 following the upgrade Liquid Snake did to his daughter, Naomi Madison, Dominique I.
