He has similarly enhanced abilities as his brother. Regenerative Healing Factor: Nathan artificially created a healing factor similar to the ones possessed by Wolverine and Sabretooth. As a result, he can regenerate damaged or destroyed bodily tissue with far greater speed and efficiency than an ordinary human. He's capable of fully healing from injuries that result in massive tissue damage and blood loss such as multiple gunshot wounds, slashes, punctures, and severe burns within a matter of minutes. Injuries as severe as multiple broken bones can heal completely within a day. It's unknown if he can regenerate missing limbs and organs.
Superhuman Strength: He possesses a mild form of superhuman strength. He's capable of lifting one ton with maximum effort. Superhuman Reflexes: Though not up to par of someone like Nightcrawler or Spider-Man, Snake is above an Olympic level athlete in his ability to move his body, barely breaching the superhuman range. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Though not the brilliant soldier his brother turned out to be, Liquid is just as capable in many fields as his brother. Interrogation:Nathan is adept in interrogation techniques, often using law enforcement methods as well as torture. Trained Acrobat: Snake is highly mobile, and is capable of navigating obstacles with streamlined, more practical aspects of the art of Free Running. Hand To Hand Combat Master: Nathan is a brilliant hand to hand combat fighter, trained in a variety of hand to hand styles, notably the ones used by paramilitary and military forces throughout the world. He's a master of Krav Maga and Defendu, the style that serves as the basis of the majority of the combat styles used by United States armed forces. Unlike his brother, he is not trained in CCS (Close Combat System). Weapons Master: Nathan s well versed in the usage of a variety of military weapons. From knives to handguns to assault rifles to missile launchers, all of these items are exceptionally deadly in his hands. His weapon skill exceeds his brothers as Nathan is a practical wizard with a variety of exotic weapons as well, like swords and staves. Expert Marksman: He is an exceptional marksman, skilled in sharpshooting and knife throwing. Genius-Level Intellect: Nathan possesses a remarkably high IQ. He is a polymath, expertly trained in a variety of fields and sciences, from robotics, genetics, physics, chemistry, and even botany. Nathan is one of the most intelligent individuals in the world. Polyglot: He is able to speak several languages, including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Mandarin, all without an accent no less. Master Tactician and Strategist: Thanks to his decades of combat experience, Snake is an accomplished combat strategist, able to formulate battle strategies and alter any strategy of plan to fit the needs of the situation. WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT: Life Model Decoy: Nathan has gotten his hands on old S.H.I.E.L.D. stock in the form of Nick Fury issue Life Model Decoys, which he has since repurposed in his image. Unlike Nick Fury's LMD's, they do not have their own independent AI and instead are directly controlled by Nathan himself. On any given day, he may have up to three LMD's simultaneously active at a single time. Each LMD is also re-designed to fit specific needs and contain built in weaponry or advanced technology to allow them to fight against rogue Weapon Plus experiments or the superpowered community at large. Bodyslide Tech: A testament to his intelligence and skill, Nathan not only managed to get a hold of some tech belonging to the mutant known as Cable, he was able to reverse engineer it as well. He is now in possession of a variation of Cable's Bodyslide tech, allowing him to teleport himself and others to various specific points throughout the world. The teleportation isn't as refined as Cable's piece of technology is, but it's functional enough. Nathan refrains from using it himself as he finds the process of teleportation uncomfortable, so he generally outfits his LMD's with the technology. Computer Glasses: Nathan's glasses, while stylish, also act as a holographic computer interface, allowing him to interact with a variety of computer networks to send and receive data. Through the used of multiple HUD's, he's able to see what his active LMD's are seeing in real-time, which allows him to control their movements on the fly. Everything he sees or his LMD's see can be streamed and recorded to various other computer networks. WEAKNESSES: Nathan can be damaged just like any person. Extreme amounts of damage, like explosions, can put him down and possibly kill him. HISTORY Nathan, like his younger brother, have a history that extends before World War II. Unlike his brother, Nathan was a prodigy in various scientific skills ever since he was a child. By time he became an adult, he managed to avoid being sent to war--unlike his brother, whom he would've shared a unit with-- and became knee deep in Project Rebirth established by the Weapon Plus program. After seeing what could be done after witnessing the creation of Captain America, he devoted his life to forging human weapons through science to the point where it became an obsession. This obsession lead him to convince his own brother to join Weapon Plus, experimenting on him himself. Unfortunately, David got wind of the true nature of the program and freed himself after defeating Nathan in hand to hand combat. The relationship of the two brother's wouldn't be the same ever again. Years later, he would eventually meet the woman who would be the love of his life: Claire Madison. In time, the two would have two children: the oldest, Ray Madison, and his younger sister, Naomi. His position within Weapon Plus saw him traveling the world with his family under the guise of working for the United States army, where he would then establish Weapon Plus facilities within various countries, using local and military recruits for various experiments. Unfortunately, an accident while stationed in Japan forced Nathan's hand, causing him to induct his injured and barely living family into the Weapon Plus program in order to heal them. Of course, lofty goals took over his more noble ambitions, and in turn, his children were turned into weapons while his wife lay comatose. In the years since, the man known as Liquid Snake sold his and Weapon Plus' services throughout the world, committing various black ops for organizations or wealthy individuals. He has come into contact with and befriended many individuals, including the heads of Roxxon Corporation and the Hellfire Club. Unbeknownst to Weapon Plus, Nathan is far more independent than what they would like, and often strikes out to suit his own needs. After his children returned to his Japanese Weapon Plus facility as X-Men, and along with his brother, defeated him and shut down his operations in the country, he returned to the United States. In time, thanks to the grapevine, he would learn of the future birth of a powerful mutant through looselipped members of the Purifiers. Nathan has offered his services to the Purifiers in order to retrieve the mutant infant, though he has no intention of killing the baby....
