No, this is not about Thor. This is about that group that ousted SHIELD in the books. While in the comics Norman Osborn created this lovely little bunch, we will not have that as the plan here. Frankly I don't want to play old Normie, and I have an OC much better for the task.
So I am opening up Norman Osborn. If anyone takes him, he can gladly be involved with HAMMER, but it is not essential.
And HAMMER won't be supplanting SHIELD as it did in the books, but it will be a force to be reckoned with.
