Hellfire Gala: Feast Fit for a King

Galen stood with Gideon Ambrose as Andi and Deirdre left the party. The ladies needed time to talk, and Galen thought it best if they just take the time now while things were still a bit in flux. "I know you want to punch me for that, Gideon," Galen said to the vampire as they watched the ladies leave via portal.  "But I think this is the best thing for them. And I think Uncle Branan and I could use your help in figuring out what Morgan Le Fay was up to in all of this. Between the three of us, we should be able to pull in a lot of chits from contacts all over the mystic realms." 

"I just wish Le Fay had stayed in her little pocket dimension prison and had not come to this time at all," Gideon hissed as he watched the portal close.  "But I'll gladly help as needed. I don't want any of us suffering because of her damned machinations. And the fact she had a child with the Latverian dictator seems truly insane."

"I'm not going to speculate on that part of things just yet," Galen added as they turned to walk back toward Branan, "but it does disturb me no end."
 

[Emma Frost]

Emma stood staring at the Wanda robot and just wanted to turn to diamond and rip its pretty little head off. The fact the mystics all seemed to be leaving at once was a blessing, but she was not about to vocalize that thought at the moment.

"Might I make a suggestion to all you scientific geniuses?" she said as she looked between Stark and Doom. "Perhaps you need to take her...it...to a lab and look her over together? Buzz Reed Richards or something. We can get Madison Jeffries out here to help you if you wish since the man can likely speak to your robotic Avenger and get an answer from her."

"Just what we need. More gear heads," Stark said as he stared back at the WandaBot. "You want to loan us your new tech guru? How kind of you, Emma."

"I just want this night to end, and if loaning you Madison will speed this nonsense along, we'll gladly help. Scott," she said as she turned to Cyclops, "do you want go go along on this merry little jaunt as well?"

[Jack Sparrow]

Jack stood next to Mira as he continued his conversation.

"Oh Craig!" Jack said over the line. "I hadn't considered that you would be calling. My apologies, but things here got worse after you left. I am fine, and I hope to be headed back shortly, if the lovely Mira Mcgowan will help me get back. One of Alastair's cohorts is running around here making things a bit more tense than I would like, but I can't do a thing about it, so I might as well head home."

There was some commotion on the other end of the line, but then Jack started to speak again. "Apparently the woman we thought was the Scarlet Witch was actually a robot, and there is a bit of a tussle about who gets the thing now that the party is well and indeed over." 

[Dorcha]

"I will gladly get you back Jack."Mira said before opening a mental conversation with the pirate. "I know how long it's been and how much of a free spirit you have always been but I must confess well I still hold feelings for you and I wondered if you wanted to give it a shot and see where we lead?"

[Jack Sparrow]

Jack nearly dropped his phone after hearing Mira speaking in his mind. "We'll be home shortly, Craig," he said back over the phone line.

The pirate then turned to Mira and smiled. ((It has been a long time, but not that long, has it? I know my life is a bit on the insane side, but I am willing to see where this might head...if you don't mind that I now have a housekeeper who acts more like my mother and a house guest in Craig. And some faeries that seem to be stalking me))

Emma rolled her eyes as the Avengers went into their own little group confab in the corner. "They look like bees. See them buzzing along, being annoying to one and all," she opined as she looked at Scott. "I think that's our cue to leave this dreadful little soiree. We will get Madison out to you," she said as she waved at Tony Stark and started to walk with Scott through Branan MacFeorais' portal back to California. Sean Cassidy pulled up behind them as they exited. Emma turned back to him and smiled, still not fully sure what had happened to bring Banshee back to them.
