This is a very big retooling of my alter ego. Your patience would be greatly appreciated. Still tweaking this one greatly.

Code Name: Karenza
Birth Name: Kari MacFeorais
Name used in this era when she joined the X-Men: Kari Morrigan MacOrish
Currently goes by: Kari MacFeorais Howlett
Age in modern terms: appears to be in her late 30s or early 40s
Age in real terms: is approx. 1,500 years old
Date/Place of First Birth: 21 Feahbhra 513, what is now called County Kildare, Ireland
Date of Rebirth: 21 February 1963, White Plains, Westchester County, NY
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 125
Hair Color: reddish-brown
Eye Color: green
Legal Status: citizen of the United States
Marital status: Married to Logan/James Howlett/Wolverine as of May 2015 postings
Fighting Ability: enhanced
Genetic Mutation: no noticeable mutation
Designation: External; Witchbreed (a term coined for mutants before anyone heard of a mutant--used in the Marvel 1602 miniseries, but I use it to mean specifically mystic-based mutants)
Note: Much of what Kari's powers can be placed on both mutant and mystic sides, so it is sort of a toss up on what is what at times
Powers: Practitioner of magik--can use any of these abilities to varyng degrees
telepathy, telekinesis, precognition/premonition, matter transformation, teleportation, invisibility, phasing, astral projection, shape shifting
Weaknesses: Can die from beheading; any number of mystic weapons and poisons can incapacitate her; can also be taken down with higher level telepathic attacks. She is not invulnerable and does need time to recover from wounds. She just fights through the pain a lot.
Mystic mark: Triangular tattoo on her right breast above her heart has a three sided Celtic knot design in the center. It represents both the three person Celtic war goddess the Morrigu and the Christian Trinity.
Weapons: She was a pivotal person in the unification of pre-Christian and Christian Ireland at the time when both faiths walked side by side. She is the possessor of four mystic weapons:
*The Spear of Lugh--a large silver blade with a green energy stone that never misses its mark when thrown. It has a life of its own and must be sedated in some manner when not in battle
*The Groaner--a large shield with a Celtic knotwork design in the center. It got its name because it wails or moans when in battle. It absorbs energy and can send it back at an attacker. It can also be used as a chakram.
*The Unifier--two swords that were combined in the battle while with the X-Men. One, The Morrigu's Justice, represents pre-Christian Ireland and holds the spiritual energy of the Morrigu, the three-person Celtic war goddess Macha, Badb (the crow) and Nemain (frenzy). The other is the Sword of Revelation, found in the small temple originally dedicated to St. Brigid in County Kildare. Also known as The Angel's Sword, it now belongs to her son Thom O'Malley Jr.
These swords can be joined or separated at will.
*The Caladcholg--the sword of Fergus MacRoich. It was made in Annwyn and stretches to the length of the rainbow. It is from the sidhe/Annwyn/the Otherworld

More to come on this as board story develops
Thomas O'Malley (husband)/Nathaniel Essex (Late 1800s)
Jasmine Elizabeth O'Malley (deceased)
Daughter killed at time of birth by Nathaniel Essex.
Thomas O'Malley Jr.
Fathered by O'Malley and Essex (Mister Sinister) after an accident where O'Malley died and Sinister took on part of his DNA as well as his appearance and memories. Once Sinister remembered his own past, he created a replacement for O'Malley that eventually went mad. Kari killed the replacement, partially in self-defense and partially to end the man's suffering, thinking it was her husband. She only found out recently Sinister was also young Thom's "father" after a run in with the geneticist.

Description: Kari MacFeorais, a woman with reddish-brown hair and laughing green eyes, had alternately been described as the world's oldest rookie by Wolverine (a title she accepted with great honor because of who bestowed it on her) and the mutant most likely to mend a broken heart and to have a broken one herself by Beast.
Kari is stubborn, a prolific writer and general jack-of-all-trades. She won't settle for less than perfection from herself and holds everyone else to an equally high standard, sometimes to the consternation of all involved. She also has the nasty trait of trying to make everyone happy, something that has led her into more trouble than she is willing to admit to. She does not suffer fools or disappointment gladly.
Her better qualities include a willingness to pitch in wherever and whenever needed, the ability to laugh at a good joke, and a keen ability to analyze a situation and take the best action possible. She loves any and all music, reading, writing, cooking, animals and everything to do with holidays in general. She is a deeply spiritual person and can often be found on the Institute grounds meditating.
Bio: Kari MacOrish had what most in Westchester County would consider a normal existence. She was the only child of two retired Army officers but never traveled the world like most Army brats.
She attended private school, got good grades and generally tried to make the world happy. Kari went on to study English and journalism in college, later getting jobs on newspapers and in publishing companies.
Due to the traumatic death of her best friend during their years in high school, Kari's powers did not manifest themselves completely until age 37. She always felt different, but she never knew why she didn't fit in. This feeling of loneliness caused her to go through major depressive episodes throughout early adulthood.
She had always had the abilities of empathy and precognition/premonition in limited quantities, but she always chalked these up to woman's intuition and a keen sense of people.
Her ability to transform matter did not manifest itself until she was in a car accident a year ago. Several of the X-Men happened upon the scene and were prepared to pull Kari out of a burning car when they saw her grab onto a wooden stick in the front seat and transform it into first a knife to cut the seat belt and then a crow bar to smash the window. After exiting the vehicle she dropped the crow bar and it returned to its original form. She then passed out from the stress! Quite an introduction! The X-Men took her to Salem Center for a full evaluation, and she has been there ever since.
The funny thing is, life takes left turns, right turns, goes in reverse and sometimes stops for no reason.
The left turn: As Kari kept working with the X-Men, her powers started to evolve. A mutant who was only supposed to be able to transform matter now had telepathy. Then telekinesis. It kept building and building until the day she stood on a field in New Fairland, Scotland and was stabbed in the heart by the Apocalypse-possessed Wolverine. Death came calling and gave her back her life. He just did not know it yet.
The right turn: Logan had been her friend since she got out of that damned car, and the fact he had now killed her was only the start of what she now calls "The Great Right Turn" in her life. She remembers Kurt Wagner teleporting her weakening body to the Blackbird where she was pronounced dead by Hank McCoy, but a funny thing happened. She was reborn. As she emerged from the Blackbird, a thousand years worth of memories came flooding back at her, and with them a sword and shield she had long thought lost. Scotland was not exactly home soil, but she would take the advantage all the same as she lit into Logan with a force no one but she expected. Her teacher and friend was not about to be taken by a brigand like Nur, and she let the bastard know it in no uncertain terms as she got into Logan's head and let him see everything as it had truly happened.
*More to come as history is tweaked on the board*
I need to revamp this once work calms down a bit, but I needed to make one change to the power section. At times Kari has been manifesting an energy raven that is connected to the sword the Fiach Dubh, and this is going to be part of her power set going forward.
Since Stalik is using the Raeven Force handle for Calina, I will stick to calling it the Fiach Dubh like its namesake sword.
